Most halls in the county make you call for a number. We’d rather you know before you drive out. These are starting points; the sample packages below show where a real event lands.

The bar is ours to run

The barns out in the county make you truck in your own alcohol and find someone to pour it. We hold the license and staff the bar — you pick how it’s paid for. Bartenders, ice, glassware, and liability are ours.

A flat per-guest, per-hour rate. Guests drink free; you know the ceiling before the night starts. Two tiers:

What moves it

Three things set your number.

Guest count decides how much room and how many linens. Bar service is the biggest swing — a hosted full bar for 200 costs more than the room itself, while a cash bar costs you nothing. And the day of the week: a Saturday in June is our busiest slot, a Tuesday in February our quietest, and the price follows. Tell us those three and we’ll give you a real number, not a range.

The terms

Plainly, so nothing surprises you later.

Reservation fee
A non-refundable fee holds your date. It’s applied to your balance, not added on top — it’s money toward the event, not a deposit you lose.
Event insurance
A day-of event policy is required and purchased by you. It runs $100–$200 through most providers; we’ll point you to one.
Food
Bring in any licensed caterer. Food may be served and held here but not prepared on site — there’s no commercial kitchen.
